Flexible cancellation options for your bookings

At Omibay, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be customer-friendly while protecting service partners. Here's what you need to know about canceling your bookings.

Free Cancellation

Cancel for free with no penalties in these situations:

  • Before Partner Assignment: 100% refund if you cancel before a service partner is assigned
  • Within 5 Minutes: Cancel within 5 minutes of booking for a full refund
  • Partner Not Arrived: If the partner doesn't arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled time

Partial Refund

50% refund (minus cancellation fee) applies when:

  • Cancellation after partner assignment but before service begins
  • At least 2 hours notice before the scheduled service time
  • Service is canceled within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time

Non-Refundable

No refund applies in these situations:

  • Cancellation less than 30 minutes before service start time
  • After service has already started
  • Customer is not present at the scheduled location
  • Change of mind after service completion

Cancellation Timeline

  • Step 1:Open the Omibay app and go to "Active Bookings"
  • Step 2:Select the booking you want to cancel
  • Step 3:Click "Cancel Booking" and provide a reason (optional)
  • Step 4:Confirm cancellation. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
