1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Omibay Technologies Private Limited. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal contract to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Account

• You must create an account with accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Services

Omibay hires and supervises trained professionals, and all services are provided under Omibay's control. We offer a service warranty for a limited number of days after service completion. This warranty covers only the service work, not any products or materials used.

5. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment or as per the selected payment method
• Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways
• Prices are displayed in the App and may include service fees, taxes, and platform charges
• You agree to pay all charges incurred

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or Services
• Provide false information
• Harass or harm Professionals
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

8. Ratings and Reviews

Only users can rate Professionals and services. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We may remove inappropriate content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omibay provides protection for your property up to ₹5,000 in case of damage caused during the service. This coverage applies only to service-related damages and is subject to our terms and conditions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or through the courts in New Delhi.
